Russia’s ALROSA reserves rise 4% to 44 mln carats in 2015
MOSCOW, Feb 26 (PRIME) -- Estimated reserves of Russian uncut diamond mining giant ALROSA grew by 43.57 million carats, or by 4.1%, in 2015 to 1.108 billion carats as of January 1, 2016, the company said in a statement Friday.
Financing of exploration works amounted to 6.3 billion rubles, of which 6.1 billion rubles were spent on works in the Yakutia republic.
